Two different kinds of balance

Your on-chain wallet is self-custody: the private keys and recovery phrase stay on your device, and Lethex cannot recover them for you.

Your exchange, spot and LTHX/LUSD ledger balances are held by Lethex on your behalf, and access to them depends on your account sign-in, not on your recovery phrase.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal to an outside address is reviewed before it is released, and there is no time estimate for that review.

Funds sent to the wrong address or the wrong network cannot be recovered, by anyone. Check both before you submit.

Fees reduce what you receive

Every trade, conversion, transfer and withdrawal carries a fee, and a withdrawal also carries the network's own fee. The full schedule is published.
