You hold the keys to your on-chain wallets. Your private keys and recovery phrase are generated and stored locally in your browser vault, and Lethex does not receive them.

Your exchange, spot, and LTHX/LUSD ledger balances are held securely by Lethex on your behalf. Access to these balances depends on your account sign-in, not on your recovery phrase.

Wallet setup creates a local vault in your browser. Lethex does not receive your private keys or recovery phrase during onboarding.

The recovery phrase is shown only after you reveal it. Store it offline, keep it private, and never paste it into a site you do not trust.

If the recovery phrase is lost, Lethex cannot restore it for you. Keep more than one secure offline backup.

Your password protects the local vault on this device. Use a strong password and keep the device itself protected.

Lethex will never ask for your recovery phrase outside wallet setup or import. Treat any request for it as unsafe.

Only import a phrase that belongs to your own wallet. Check the page address before entering words and avoid shared or untrusted devices.
